i also felt this. the pressure to deliver quality started to exist sometimes. not always. sometimes nudel was open and everyone was glad to jam in whatever way without commenting the bad stuff out (because we must create even if its bad (in fact we must create bad things)).
but sometimes people did comment me out and it was frustrating and it felt fucked up and it made me sad but i had a weapon of my own and it was to try again a few times and then delete everything if i still wasnt "good enough" for the rest of the jam. if the jam is too good it must be deleted to make space for creation and we must create. thus we must delete.
i dont mean to sound demeaning even though maybe i do. that
is not my intention. but i dont mean this as an "it is your
fault". it is not. this sucks and should not happen. what
i mean to say is there is usually ways to make it work with
some confidence. but confidence is hard, especially when
being talked down to (or deleted down to in this case).
